• Using proprietary software, electronic reports in .PDF format, with photos, are generated within 24 hours. The reporting program is configured to produce a customized report detailing useful information that is specific to the home inspected. Additionally, each report also contains an informative 80 colour "Home Owners Handbook" chalked full of maintenance info, repair details, and safety tips.
• The report is input on a tablet PC as the inspection progresses. This ensures comprehensive summary of issues. A summary of critical items helps to streamline the review process.
