Using proprietary software, electronic & hard copy colour reports, with photos, are generated. The reporting program is configured to produce a customized report detailing useful information that is specific to the home inspected. A CD of the report can even be burned directly on-site. Additionally, each report also contains an informative 80 colour "Home Owners Handbook" chalked full of maintenance info, repair details, and safety tips.
The report is input on a tablet PC as the inspection progresses. This ensures comprehensive summary of issues. A summary of critical items helps to streamline the review process.
When time constraints are tight it is comforting to know that a report can be emailed anywhere in the world within one hour of the inspection.
