About the Inspector
A Short Bio
Greg Keith is a fully accredited and experienced property inspector working in Ottawa and surrounding regions. He received his degree in civil engineering in 1997 from the University of Ottawa and is a designated Professional Engineer through the Professional Engineers Ontario. Over the span of 20 years in the construction industry, Greg has worked as a Roofing and Renovations Contractor, Truss Designer, Quality Control for concrete testing & site inspection, Estimator/Project Manager for a large general contractor, Structural Steel Designer and Civil/Structural Engineer.
Greg has been a full time home and property inspector since 2006. As a National Certificate Holder, Greg possess all of the credentials and experience to practice home inspections across Canada. In addition, he is a holder of BCIN for septic system inspection/installation and is a fully trained and W.E.T.T. certified inspector of solid fuel (wood burning) appliances. In an ongoing effort to stay on the leading edge of technology, Greg has a high resolution Infrared camera and is trained as a Level 1 thermographer.
Greg is service oriented and prides himself on providing high quality, thorough and detailed inspections.
