Commercial Property Inspections

ASTM ASTM International standard E2018-01 is used as a baseline for conducting a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) and generating a Property Condition Report (PCR). Although a baseline is established by the ASTM standard, the reporting can be as detailed as required to satisfy the clients’ requirements.

A Property Condition Assessment comprises of 4 main components:

  1. Document reviews
  2. Interviews
  3. Walk-Through Surveys
  4. Property Condition Report

    5. The report can be generated typically between 5 and 10 days.
